Corner cabinet by P. Rimme's Mobelfabrik
A beautifully crafted Danish display cabinet by P. Rimmes Møbelfabrik, produced in Denmark during the 1960s. Executed in richly figured teak, the cabinet combines elegant proportions with practical storage. The central glazed section features decorative patterned glass that subtly conceals the contents while allowing light to pass through, creating an attractive display area for glassware, ceramics, books, or decorative objects. Three drawers below provide additional concealed storage and are fitted with sculptural solid teak pulls that reflect the refined craftsmanship of the period. Raised on slender tapered legs, the cabinet possesses the light visual appearance characteristic of the finest Danish mid-century furniture. The warm teak grain and carefully considered details demonstrate the quality associated with Danish cabinetmaking during the post-war era.
